Lunch in the CBD? Fish soup, served fast, at six spots around Marina Bay. Build your bowl: sliced 白鱼, fried 炸鱼 or mixed 双鱼 fish; original, mala (+$1.50) or tomato (+$1.50) broth, or add milk for creamy; regular 中 $9 or large 大 $11. Rice, brown rice or thick beehoon $1. GST included, no service charge. The broth is boiled fresh every day. Walk in — since 2003.
